End the Silence on Sexual Violence Against Israeli Women and Girls

November 25th  is the UN's International Day for the Elimination of Violence against women.

It's perplexing that an organization committed to eradicating violence against women worldwide has been silent about the horrifying atrocities committed by Hamas against Israeli women and girls during their murderous rampage on October 7th.

There is overwhelming evidence, including testimonies and video clips and confessions during interrogations of Hamas terrorists involved in the attacks, detailing rape, physical torture, and murder - unimaginable cruelties inflicted upon innocent victims who were then killed.
While we may never fully comprehend the extent of their torment, we will never forget them and will continue to expose the world to these terrible crimes. It's crucial to call out the blatant whitewashing and sanitization of all aspects of Israeli suffering.

We must remind the UN that not only does silence reward the perpetrator and punish the victim, but also that words matter.

When the UN Special Rapporteur on violence against women and girls merely "expresses concern" about "reports" of these heinous crimes on that dark Saturday--while at the same time making plainly false and malevolent accusations against Israel of genocide, of all things--they further violate the victims.
