Contact Your Legislators About Interfacility Transfer

As Texas craft breweries grow and expand, many are beginning to open additional, community-centric locations. However, Texas law currently restricts brewers from transporting their own finished beer between their own facilities, requiring either a third-party intermediary or a mountain of red tape which can include selling and buying your own products back. This stifles growth and efficiency for small businesses ready to expand.

The Interfacility Transfer bills would simplify these processes, allowing brewers to move their products directly between their own facilities just like any other Texas business, fostering operational efficiency, job creation, and timely response to consumer demand.
