Support State Aid Updates for Mississippi's Workforce

Current exclusions in the Mississippi Tuition Assistance Grant (MTAG) are leaving many working-age Mississippians out. We need adults, part-time students, and financially needy individuals, especially those qualifying for the maximum Pell Grant, to qualify for state financial aid, earn a college credential, and join the labor force. "College" encompasses any education beyond high school, including four-year degrees, two-year community college degrees, and career certificates. Updating MTAG is crucial for workforce development.
