Tell Retailers to Stop Selling Poisoned Pans!

We are asking Costco, Target, Walmart, and other national retailers and manufacturers to ditch toxic PFAS forever chemicals from cookware they sell. Several states have started or are currently in the process of enacting laws prohibiting intentionally added PFAS in cookware. Minnesota, Maine, and Colorado are among the states with active cookware bans. Rhode Island's ban kicks in in 2027.

 

With other states looking to enact similar legislation, we are asking national retailers to take a proactive approach and stop exposing their customers to PFAS in cookware.

 

We all need to avoid additional PFAS exposure -- studies have found that virtually all of us are exposed to these chemicals at a level that increases our risk of cancer. And if we don't want toxic chemicals in our environment, we must keep them out of the products we use!
