Showing gratitude to our elected officials strengthens relationships and can create a positive cycle of mutual support. We encourage you to use the form below to thank your federal senators and/or representatives for a specific action. Your brief message of appreciation can reinforce the importance of their continued leadership. 

Begin by introducing yourself as a constituent from [city]. You may briefly share your political affiliation, family or professional responsibilities, or identity as a person of faith --  anything that helps the elected official understand the perspective you bring. 

Next, thank the elected official for a specific action. Focus on one issue per message. Consider sharing a personal story or experience that illustrates why this matters to you -- personal connections are powerful. 

Last, check the box next to the official's name who should receive your message of gratitude for this specific action.
