Repeal the current FACE Act

Since the Supreme Court Dobbs decision, the Biden administration has aggressively prosecuted pro-life advocates under the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act. In theory, the law protects both abortion facilities and pro-life pregnancy centers. But the DOJ has prosecuted few pro-abortion activists despite research that finds pro-life pregnancy centers are 22 times more likely to be violently attacked than abortion facilities.

It's time to repeal the FACE Act. In September of 2023, Representative Chip Roy (R-TX) introduced H.R. 5577, FACE Act Repeal Act of 2023. In order for it to be brought up for a vote, it first needs to have a judiciary hearing.
