Developed by B2R2O and the Collier County Community Land Trust, Project Gateway offers a practical, locally driven approach to attainable housing. Its structured rent-to-own model creates a clear pathway to homeownership for the workforce that keeps our community running. Future residents - including teachers, nurses, first responders and other essential professionals - will have the opportunity to rent a newly built townhome at an affordable rate, build savings and financial stability, then transitioning to ownership, all while remaining in the same home.
