Urgent: Stop NESE For Good

The water quality permits that were granted for this dangerous project were struck down in court earlier this month. But Transco has already brought back the project after being denied three times - and they're in talks with state regulators to do it again.

This pipeline is a threat to families across New Jersey who will suffer from increased pollution and safety risks from the construction and operation of this pipeline. Plus, this project is a huge environmental and public health hazard for all who use the Raritan Bay.

We need to say no to NESE once and for all.
