Adequately Fund the PA Board of Pardons

Pardons add millions of dollars to communities all across the Commonwealth every year without any public safety risk. Over 80% of the applicants get recommended by the Board of Pardons after their hearing, but it's taking six full years to get a hearing. That hurts us all.
